Had a couple issues, one caused by the other. They were prompt and sent a technician within 30 minutes the first time. He identified the problem and took care of it. A week later we discovered the actual cause leading to the first issue. Again, they sent a technician, who arrived within 15 minutes (Dante is his name.) He made the quick diagnosis and went straight to work, snaking through a gnarly root infiltration in our drain line. Great work, and pleasant service. 5 stars, 2 thumbs up, and a hardy “attaboy!” Thanks for your help and I highly recommend Mr Rooter.

Just two weeks ago I had them video and snake my entire home two weeks later I needed a plumber again.
