“The clinic is wonderful except for Maria Mayorquin, ARNP. I had surgery with Dr. Bales twice and both times were great. Unfortunately I had my post-op visits with Maria Mayorquin and both times were not good. The first time the MA took out my sutures and the incision was still open, Maria came in and glanced at my thumb and said it looks good and was ready to leave the room. I told her it was still open and she no it's fine. I went home and laid down to take a nap and woke up to blood all over from my incision site, I bandaged it up my self. I ended up needing a second surgery with Dr. Bales on the same thumb 6 months later. I used Hibiclens that the office asked me to use. I ended up being allergic and broke out in a rash. I used benadryl and antihistamine until my post-op with Maria. I wasn't happy about having to see her again with my first experience but I thought maybe she just had a bad day last time and give her a second chance. When I showed her the rash and told her I had a reaction to the Hibiclens and it wasn't going away, she told me to go see my PCP. I ended up going to Urgent care and they gave me a prescription that cleared it up in 2 days. If I have to got back I will NEVER see Maria Mayorquin again. Everyone else there from the front desk, MA's and Dr. Bales are great.“
“Matthew Lawrence is the best. Kids and I have been seeing him for 10 years now. Very friendly and always cares.“
“Dr. McKay treated my Plantar Fasciitis and really listened to my symptoms and needs. He also looked over my son's walk and gate as he has low muscle tone and I had ongoing concerns. He was thorough and I could tell he really cared and knew what he was talking about. I'm recommending him to everyone.“
“Have been a patient here for many years, I have always had great service and communication with my providers.“
“Dr Bing, is who we call him is one of the nicest persons in the world, compassionate and if you come see him you might want to spend a while nobody cares about waiting because they know when you get your turn you get his full attention!“
“I’m a 22 yr vet and I find the Richland VA to be one of the best in the country and my doctor and nurse to be some of the best in the country. The constant turn over In personnel is the downfall of the VA it create a division in health care and communications and they don’t have enough employees to do the required work in an efficient amount of time. Just saying“
“I have only seen Sally once but I loved every bit of the first session. I left feeling good and plan to return!“
“We love Dr. Charron! My children have been seeing her for over 5 years. She has a very sweet demeanor and is always kind to our family. I also personally see Dr. Shoolroy, and she too is very sweet and always helpful when it comes to questions. Yes, the office has strict guidelines, but that is necessary as they are running a business after all. No complaints on our end!“
