Went in for a walk-in and was given service immediately, Outhong was my stylist, and she was incredibly personable and patient with me! I had a vague idea of what I wanted, and she did an absolutely fantastic job turning that idea into the exact haircut that I wanted but had a difficult time explaining, haha. We had a lovely time chatting and I would definitely recommend her services! Thank you, again!
I had an amazing experience today from Bay! I feel like I always go to get my hair highlighted from other salons and it never comes out how I want. I’m always feeling disappointed. So thankful I was referred to Bay. I left feeling completely satisfied with my highlight. Bay listened to what I wanted and executed it! It was quick and easy and I was on my way ? Kodi is phenomenal! She has been cutting my boy’s hair for years and has always done an amazing job. My son is usually quite shy around strangers, but her warm demeanor helped him overcome his shyness. She also colored my hair beautifully.
Recently, my daughter returned from a vacation with her grandparents, and her hair was a tangled mess. It was so bad that I thought we'd have to cut it all off! She has long, beautiful, thick hair, and Kodi managed to work through the knots with such care, making my daughter feel comfortable throughout.
