Rosario is amazing. My son and I get our hair cuts here and she does an incredible job. I’ve have received so many compliments on how my hair looks, which I have never heard before. Best of all, my wife approves!

I relocated to the area from Seattle and tried out MANY different barbershops/salons in the area before landing at Keene Cuts Hair Salon. Just as I was beginning to lose hope that someone in the Tri-Cities could actually cut my rather simple hair, Rosario delivered and exceeded expectations. Fantastic haircut and fantastic price! Just left from my scheduled appointment and what an establishment Rosario has going here. Clean, quick, professional, and good quality. I have had very long hair for a long time, and wasn't too fond of my last haircut which I told her and she gave me ideas and options for what I might like. I am not disappointed.
