The clinic is wonderful except for Maria Mayorquin, ARNP. I had surgery with Dr. Bales twice and both times were great. Unfortunately I had my post-op visits with Maria Mayorquin and both times were not good. The first time the MA took out my sutures and the incision was still open, Maria came in and glanced at my thumb and said it looks good and was ready to leave the room. I told her it was still open and she no it's fine. I went home and laid down to take a nap and woke up to blood all over from my incision site, I bandaged it up my self. I had a total hip replacement on February 12, 2024. From the moment I made the initial appointment in November, I have been nothing but impressed by the staff, doctors and hospital staff. Dr. Stanfield is kind, compassionate, professional and a damn good surgeon. The office staff have always been friendly and supportive. I have nothing but great things to say about this practice. I highly recommend their services! I will definitely return should I need them in the future.
I recommend Dr. Black. He treated me after a traumatic tibial plateau fracture. After navigating insurance and pre-authorizations I was finally able to meet him at his office. His staff was awesome, Dr. Black gave me hope and got me in the next day for surgery. Everyone I spoke to about my upcoming surgery said I was so lucky to have Dr Black and that he did great for someone they knew. I was not disappointed at all. It’s scary to be in this situation. He made it not so scary and did a great job.
