We have used Drain Surgeon in the past for unclogging pipes at a previous house due to tree root growth. Our water heater went out at our house and there was no question as to who we would call to replace it. Eric was very quick to respond and come out to replace our water heater.

Very happy with the customer service of this company and their work.. When you call you have to leave a message with a service but don't worry.I was contacted right away by one of the owners whenever I left a message. Clint, who was the one who came to do the work both times, was knowledgeable and professional. Our new water heater was considerably less than I was quoted by another plumbing company. Our go-to for this 1955 home's drain problems for years.Asked the guy this time (unmoveble blockage in double kitchen farm sink) for the back story re. negative comments about them in online reviews, since we, too, couldn't get through to them a couple months earlier for a bathroom blockage that, fortunately, ultimately, cleared."During this pandemic we engaged a new answering service and it was a nightmare!
