Dr. Cruto is the absolute best! She is very personable and yet professional; a rare find for sure. She listens to your issues and concerns and gives thoughtful feedback and recommendations. She explains everything as she goes. I have had a wonderful experience with your staff and your practice in general.
PA Strong was very informative, diligent & explained everything very well. He provided multiple options regarding treatments, which I appreciated & he actually listened to me.
His assistant Melissa, was also fabulous! She was a perfect combination of professional & friendly..I super appreciated her!
Front office ladies were incredibly kind & accommodating!
The office is very clean & modern. My only complaint was it took about 6 months to get an appointment. Overall, I had a wonderful experience & will be recommending this office to family & friends.
It may not always be fun: but in terms of a great environment, wonderfully professional staff, and Dr Smith's calming demeanor...I am very grateful to be going there. Especially compared to that place down in... NE Oregon. So there's a win-win: they tackle problems quickly and assuredly take the time to explain things. So be ready with a list, because they will get right to solutions of you come in ready as well!
