They are always good to me. I have taken king sized bedding, large pillows, doggies beds, regular laundry, and suits there. They are always truthful on what they can and cannot do. So far they have been able to handle all my dry cleaning and laundered items. They have also performed some tailoring on my suit pants which came out looking great afterwards. The workers and owners are always polite and kind, always smiling no matter what happens.

My husband had a pair of dress blues he needed hemmed on Saturday for a sergeants interview on the following Monday morning. Not only did they say they could have them done early Monday morning before opening for him they ended up calling me 3 hours later with the pants completely done. That's great customer service and they have my business.
