This company offers a really comprehensive warranty. Why? Because they know you'll never need to use it because their work will be that good.
They picked up EVERYTHING, save two nails and some tape. When we did the walkthrough, I jokingly mentioned the two nails as a way of saying how impressed I was with how good the clean-up was. The foreman's response: "I'll have a talk with my guys."

My hair was brittle and had been falling out (probably due to stress and age). She recommended the Aveda product line which I've used exclusively now for 2 years. I just left there today and I knew she would be so excited to see the results because my hair is in the best shape it's ever been. I attribute that to the quality products she uses but more importantly, her professional application to my hair in particular. Her skill set is something that is earned over time and again, I just feel grateful that I found her.
She's very fun to chat with, the salon is beautiful, she is punctual and accommodating.
Lastly I feel like her pricing is appropriate for the quality received.

I went here for my wedding set and would say my experience was pretty good. The gal who did my nails was very nice and double checked with me between steps to make sure I was happy with what she was doing. My only complaint is that she was kind of rushing at the end of it and just ended up slapping on a glob of lotion and not messaging it in much which I found odd. There was also a bit of gel left on my fingertips but I just took care of that at home with some acetone. I would have just expected a bit more attention to detail for an $85 manicure. I would say 3.8/5 stars; could have been better, could have been worse.

I absolutely love getting my nails done at Cici's salon. I make an appointment ahead of time because this place is very popular. I have had amazing pedicures no matter who has done them there. Cici is my go to for my acrylic nails. I asked for the chrome finish on both my toes and fingernails and I am beyond happy with the results!

Melissa has been taking care of my hair for 20 years and the cut and color is beautiful every time. She talks me down from the ledge when I mention Gwen Stefani or Jenny McCarthy blonde, and instead gives me the perfect blonde for me and keeps my hair from falling out of my head. She is talented and knowledgeable and will make you feel at home in her salon, and feel like a million bucks when you leave.
I see Payton for regular facials and what I love is they are an hour and a half. But time flies when your face is being pampered and hands and arms and head massaged. I'm currently seeing her for dermaplaning and my skin looks brand new each time. Payton is professional and has a quiet and easy manner for these services. Last visit I wore my pajamas because I wanted to be as cozy as possible on her warm snuggly table. Its always sad when its over, the facial lymphatic draining is so appreciated, done with every facial. Prices are fair and worth every penny. I love the little shop and location, so easy to find, quiet, and private.

I had an amazing experience today from Bay! I feel like I always go to get my hair highlighted from other salons and it never comes out how I want. I’m always feeling disappointed. OMG no reviews? Well I have a good one! Someone recommended this place and I went. Other places I called wanted me to provide a credit card to "hold" reservation. This place did not. Yay! I went in person to make my appointment because I wasn't sure which procedure to use: Powder, Microblade, or Tattoo. She recommended Powder for me. So made my appointment. Also, I have chemical sensitivity so I opted out of the numbing cream. She told me others have done it without the numbing cream. In case you wonder, this is what it felt like. During the procedure, it felt like someone lightly scrubbing your skin with a steel wool pad. But I was able to tolerate it. The after is slightly worse, it feels like a light sun burn. But I tolerated it and by the time I got home it wasn't stinging any more. She did say tattoo and microblading were slightly more painful if you don't use numbing cream. I normally don't give 5 stars cuz nobody is perfect but considering that I opted out of the numbing agent and she was as gentle as possible she deserves the 5 stars. I highly recommend this place. And if you want to do as I did and go without numbing agent, well I described it for you, so you decide what you need.

Melitan installed our new walk-in shower. I don't think there are enough great things I can say about him. So helpful, hard worker, always cleaned up, so professional all around AWESOME!!! If I ever hear of anyone wanting to upgrade their bathroom I will recommend Re-Bath and suggest they request Melitan to be their installer. My husband is super picky about everything and he only had great things to say about Meletan! Like I said before there aren't enough words to describe how awesome he was.

We worked with Gale-new to replace the deck on our town home. The project went very smoothly. The Gale-Rew staff was very professional providing excellent design work and guidance regarding the best solutions during each phase of construction. The communication was excellent through out the project. The project was completed on-time and under budget which is very much appreciated. The resulting new deck is more than we hoped for.
Hunter and Andy were so good about explaining their program. Because of them we now have the security of knowing we no longer have to worry about our roof with the 50 year certainteed. We are grateful.

They cleaned up afterwards and was really easy to work with.We’ve worked with a few landscaping companies and these guys were the best and the most knowledgeable.

I have been searching around since I moved to the Tri-Cities for the right dentist. Dr. Peterson is hands down the best I have found. He communicates very well, explains and shows you exactly what’s going on. He also treats you like a friend oppose to just a patient. Today Dr. Peterson put in my first dental implant. When I arrived I was a bit nervous. As soon as he walked in the room his confidence and friendliness put my mind at easy. He has an extraordinary skill set and I would recommend him to anybody.

I have been to quite a few dentists in the US and internationally over my 60+ years, and this Dental Clinic is hands-down the best I've been to. I've been a patient for the last 10+ years. Dr Bunch is talented, careful, informative and friendly, as is Dr. Kleist. My nearly 90 year old Dad is now a patient and has the same opinion of both dentists . The office staff is always knowledgeable and friendly and the hygienists are talented and efficient.

Dr. Matthew Lucas is the only Chiropractor that can pop my back. I’ve visited a few. He is gentle when he needs to be. But, I’m a large person and sometimes it takes more to get the job done of setting my hips and popping my mid to lower back. He is able to do it all. I trust him and cannot sing his praises enough. I highly recommend the massage visit then getting your back cracked. It has reduced the amount of times I need to visit by over half. Very Thankful this service of offered.
I have been seeing Dr Young since about week 16 of my pregnancy & I can honestly say my mobility and low pain throughout pregnancy has been greatly due to seeing Dr Young since so early. I was also sent exercises I could do at home and I appreciated that to keep up with that. I love the friendliness of staff and I leave always feeling better and cared for . Can’t recommend them enough !

Dr. Garberg is the best chiropractor I've had in the ten years I've been experiencing body aches and pains. He did a thorough review with me of the different issues I have going on and how I could resolve some of them on my own. It's very clear he keeps up to date on the latest medical news. I walked away from my first appointment understanding my body better with actionable items to get myself feeling more whole. His office staff, especially Amanda, are so friendly, helpful and efficient.

We have been back in the Tri-City area for about 9 months. We needed a new veterinarian to take care of our 100lb male German Shepherd (Boomer), who, to put it mildly, is not fond of the Vet. We made a preliminary office visit to explain our situation. We met with Dr Easton and we could not be more pleased with our visit and scheduled a nail trim and neutering for Boomer. Dr Easton made
the entire process as simple and easy as possible. It’s been two weeks and Boomer has had zero complications with his surgery. We want to thank Dr Easton and the staff for a very positive experience!

I visited Fiona(hopefully this is how you spell it) yesterday for the 1st time after being discharged from the hospital with a horrible infection and complications, so obviously I was feeling horrible. She listened so well to what I needed, avoiding my old scarring from previous spine surgeries. Other MTs ignore me and insist on working this tissue and put me in pain for up to a week after. She took the time on the areas that needed the attention while still addressing my whole body in an hour! I feel like a completely new woman today! A relaxed environment with a professional and knowledgeable staff. Individual attention from multiple staff members. After five sessions, pain levels have become negligible. Strength has increased, fully enabling routine day-to-day functionality—highly recommended.
Everyone has been super nice and they are always so accommodating to my frequent schedule changes due to work and school. They also gave me food when I was feeling lightheaded. Overall very positive experiences and highly recommended. Shoutout to Sarah (Kathy) for always being so great!
From my first day walking into Oasis PT, I felt valued, heard, and taken care of. I looked forward to going to PT each week because I knew they were doing everything they could to help me improve my situation. I was given a personalized plan on my first day and was given opportunity each week to ask questions as well as push myself (or not, if that was the case) under the guidance of trained and knowledgeable professionals. The two biggest things that would make me choose Oasis PT again are everyone knew my name and they practice what they preach. For example, they helped me listen to my body and they could tell when I was fatigued during our sessions and would gently remind me to rest or pay closer attention to my form. I feel empowered to continue my home care because of their guidance.
