**Great experience with water heater replacement! Tom was wonderful. Tom's apprentice Corbin was as courteous as could be. It was the hottest day of the year, mid-high 90s, and no AC. The room they had to work in was miserably hot and they had to work in tight spaces. They were very professional, knowledgeable, hard working and pleasant to be around. Their price was exactly as quoted. Corbin had to crawl under the building to reach the water shutoff and he still remained in good spirits. Couple things to note on all repipe jobs. (1) They're not magicians and can't work through walls. So walls will have to be cut. (2) They're not drywall repairers- you wouldn't hire a surgeon to fix your car right?.
