I had Tom at Washington Water Heaters come back a second time to install a new toilet and upgrade other plumbing items in my home. See my first review below for a new water heater installation from Tom's first visit. I had Tom back because he's excellent! He's very hard working, honest and knows exactly what he is doing. I will recommend Tom at Washington Water Heaters to all of my friends, family and coworkers. Competence, integrity and skill!

Hands down the best contracting experience or service experience I've had in the greater Seattle area and I don't say that lightly.
Price was perfect for a replacement and removal of a 50gal Bradford white. It was even $3000 less Puget Sound. I miscommunicated about how many stairs there were and was not made to feel bad, but asked if I could help and I was more than happy to roll my sleeves up and help get the units in out, not even 5 minutes of my time and effort in the end.

These folks are excellent! I needed a replacement water heater (mine failed and leaked all over). I called on a Monday and had a new water heater installed by end of day Tuesday. The price was fair and the installers (Drew & Corbin) were fast, professional and very helpful. Highly recommend.
