This experience was excellent. Every member of the staff was personable and professional. The result and follow up were equally good. The procedure was easy too. I highly recommend them.

The office staff and the nurses and doctors really helped to make the procedure and process professional. Everyone took great care to get things right and at the same time they made me comfortable. Thanks to all!

Editing my review: I am impressed. I posted this review yesterday as 2 stars because I was unhappy with the surprise and amount of the bill I received, after being referred here by Cigna insurance and being told it would be covered. Dr Chan himself called me this morning as a result. He wanted to understand what happened and to address my concerns, saying he wants their patients to have a good experience. He took the time to go over the details of my visit from the scheduling to the visit to the bill received. He helped me understand their $198 consultation visit is "covered" by Cigna, but my payment due was because of my deductible not being reached yet this year. I...read full review
