They are thorough, fast, come in teams of two or more, and are always on time. With other services I've used in the past,I really struggled to get them to show up consistently. Cleaning Authority is different. They are very professional and do a great job.
I was visiting my cousin last week and he told me about this cleaning service. I know how The Cleaning Authority takes care of his house. Great service. Alice did a great job. After she was done cleaning the place was so clean and shiny. Great customer service.
It was my first time doing a cleaning service for my home and Jo and Adam made it seamless and were professional and kind. They did such a thorough, detailed job, and were friendly to my dog. I was at home during the cleaning and they were efficient and asked me to double check anything that was missed. I really appreciated that!
