3 stars for my amazing doctor Kelly A. McCaffrey*.. The receptionists were unfriendly to me most of the time and the thought of clinic days and having to interact with them made me anxious. On my very first visit, they had turned me down and referred me to a different clinic. Were it not for my friend who intervened, I wouldn’t have had a chance to meet an amazing team of medical professionals led by Doctor Kelly who helped me deliver a beautiful baby girl. Minus the receptionists, this would have been a 5* review.

Forget getting any appointments within the month you call. I've been on a waiting list for 2 months to get my birth control changed that expired. I called in July, have to wait till October. Now I could possibly be pregnant.

I've been going to this clinic forever. I followed my doctor here from another clinic when it shut down. The turn over of doctors is sad and I've been switched between doctors twice in the last year. The front desk is rude and unhelpful, and I'd give this place a 1 star if it weren't for the good care I received from Dr. Emily Balser for YEARS and Nicole Daisa after Dr. Balser left. One gal at the front desk is short and will put you on hold without even asking you or telling you what's going on.Also, the walk from parking to the clinic is horrible.
