Short version: Support this awesome local business! The staff (two ladies) were incredibly nice and personable while providing great/honest service! I will 1000% be back for any blind needs!Long version: Called about 7 different blind repair companies to get quotes. Most were between the $100-150 range with one even quoting me $300! The reason I went with PSBC is because they were transparent in their quotes. Everyone gave me one rate when I told them my issue, but PSBC gave me two different options. If only the lock mechanism on my blinds were broken, then the price would be one price, but if it required a new lock + restrung then it would be another price. I appreciated... read full review

This company is awesome!! They came out to our house and helped us right away, were transparent about costs, and solved our obscure blind issues. Solid business. Great customer service. No fuss, and provided exactly what we needed without trying to up-sell us. We would happily repeat business here, if needed.
