I submitted a request for information on their website. The website specifically states that estimates are free. After speaking with the man that called, it became clear that repair would not be feasible. I will need to replace the carpet. He then informed me that his website charges him $45 per lead. I asked if he is asking for me to pay for the phone call. He then stated that I just got 30+ years of his experience for free.
