“This clinic is amazing! We switched our daughter over from another clinic after terrible experiences. Dr. Harnpadoungsatay took his time to answer all of our questions and expressed empathy in our concerns. It is true that they don't always have all of the vaccines in one of our appointments but we were given the option to schedule a vaccine appointment or wait for her next check up. Not having a front office at the clinic is ok with us because you can make all of the appointments conveniently online or by phone. They will do their best to accommodate you. They are not a large clinic but that is what makes them special. It’s hard to find a place that takes the time to get to know you and your family.“

“I've been a patient here for 15+ years and have received quality care, kindness & efficiency. With the recent provider retirements, new management & staff changes, I've become frustrated. It is extremely difficult to get in for an appointment...about 2 months ahead with my new ARNP (who I love) and a month out for the other providers!! Seriously, this is unacceptable! It was not this difficult previously. This forces patients to go to Urgent Care or even ED for care, which negates the purpose of having a PCP that you trust will be there when you need them for care. It also costs patients more. I DO want to continue my care here, and hope there's a solution to this business model that doesn't seem to be working all that well currently.“

“Dr Cranmer and Dr Mendoza are wonderful providers! They always make us feel heard, cared for, and we know that our daughter is in good hands. Our baby had jaundice after birth, and Dr Mendoza took the situation seriously and set us up with a group that offers home visits by an RN with home light therapy, which turned our baby’s jaundice around within days (while avoiding a hospital stay). This was such a good call for us as new parents, and we will always be grateful for her swift and compassionate care during those early days!I am disappointed that the clinic does not have an online messaging system set up to reach the team for non-urgent after visit questions, or an easier way to reach the clinical staff- I think this would be very helpful for questions that are not necessary for an office visit, or questions that come up after the visit that need a simple clarification. We also consistently wait 30-45 minutes in the lobby after our scheduled appointment time to even be roomed (which is very difficult with an infant), but despite these complaints, Dr Cranmer and Dr Mendoza make our visits worth these inconveniences. They both have always reassured us and provided exceptional care, and for that, we are grateful.“

“Dr. Pulido is a great physician and takes the time to listen to my concerns and provides excellent care. The staff at the lab, assistants, and front desk have been great as well. I have yet to have a single negative experience here. Also conveniently located in downtown! Just a couple of blocks from Pioneer Square Station, though they do have parking available.“

Seattle Children’s Urgent Care in Bellevue Pediatricians

“We went 5 mins before they close. Glad they accepted the walk-in. Nurse and doctor who consulted our baby were friendly, patient and listened to the problem and provided the medication and explained the issue and next steps clearly and clarified all our questions. Was very much satisfied with the experience.“

Swedish Primary Care - Bellevue Pediatricians

“I went into Swedish Bellevue Primary Care today because it was on the list of the places that my doctor had recommended for me to get my blood drawn. It was a bit confusing to me when I arrived at the elevator on the P (Parking) Level to see only medical offices in the C building listed on the sign by the elevator, when I needed to go to the B building. However, I took the elevator up to the C level hoping that I would be able to find the B building from the C building (I didn't know at first if they were different buildings or different floors actually, but they are different buildings), and it was quite straightforward from there. I walked down the long hall of the C building after exiting the elevator, walked out the door to the outside at the end of the hallway, and spotted the B building right across from me. The receptionist was very nice, and she directed me to the Lab. The first Lab guy seemed worried when he first took a look at my veins. My veins are hard to find. Just like the first phlebotomist at Swedish Redmond almost 2 weeks ago, he called a colleague over to take a look at my veins to see if she might be able to find a good vein to do a blood draw. His colleague was the fourth phlebotomist to take a look at my veins in the last 2 weeks! My wonderful yelp-friend Joy had suggested to me to request a butterfly needle after my previous experience with an unsuccessful blood draw, so I did request that (thanks, Joy!) and thankfully they had a butterfly needle there at the lab today, and they agreed to use that type of needle for my blood draw. Brooke asked me to clench and unclench my fists, and she applied the hot compress to my arm, just like the phlebotomists did almost 2 weeks ago. Brooke was very sweet and kind. I told her about my experience almost 2 weeks ago, and she said that she was sorry that I had a bad experience. She asked me, "Did he (the phlebotomist almost 2 weeks ago) at least apologize?" I said yes, he did apologize, and that I had accepted his apology. I explained to Brooke that I can't stand to see blood, and she was very compassionate about this in her tone and demeanor. She told me to look away at the right time so that I didn't see any blood during my blood draw, and she got a successful blood draw from me on her first try! Yay Brooke! When Brooke asked me to confirm that my name on the vial of blood was correct, she thoughtfully covered both ends of the vial with her hands so that I did not even have to see the blood inside the vial. I was impressed. I thought that she was really going above and beyond to be considerate to me. I told her that I have several friends and family members in the medical profession (two of my closest friends in college and one of my closest friends in high school are doctors now, my Brother is a Flight Nurse on a helicopter, and there are several others), but that I never could have gone into the medical profession myself. (I formerly worked as a Legal Assistant at a Class Action Law Firm which handled both national and international civil rights, human rights, and environmental protection cases. The legal field was much more suited for me.) I am so relieved and so thankful that I finally got a successful blood draw today, so that my doctor can get the results of the tests that he wanted to do. I would not hesitate to return to Swedish Bellevue Primary Care for any of my future medical needs. I am very happy with my experience there today.“
