I made an appointment with them 2 hours prior and still had to wait a half an hour. The guy arrives finally and I can tell he was having difficulty doing the marble design I wanted. When I left a couple of the nails you could tell they weren't on well, fast forward to 4 days later and 3 of my nails are already off. Then she had the audacity to ask for a tip. You only get a tip if you deserve one.
We had appointments for all 3 of us, but when we got there only 1 nail tech was there and we had to wait for the other ones to show up. Then, the water basin for one of our foot bath for the pedicure overflowed because they weren't paying attention. They only talked to each other and seemingly ignored the customers they were working on.On a good note, though, I had the BEST foot massage EVER once things got underway. We won't be going back, though. Overall, not a good experience.
when I first walked in I felt comforted n comfortable. It was a day before my graduation too and thought it was convenient to go somewhere close by and get a pedicure/nails. My pedicure was amazing. they asked me a lot of questions and asked for my phone number too but didn't think much of it. i just enjoyed the conversations until it was time to do my nails. It was an elder lady with glasses. I showed her a basic soft white powder set. I got acrylic nails, The length of the nails were not even. The shaping was horrible. The powder for the acrylic was old. It wasn't a good product. Product was on my finger. I showed her a picture but didn't listen to what I wanted it looked like a 2year old did it. what really got me furious is when she didn't care/listen that the product was burning my skin. she kept saying "it's okay". she took breaks to be on her phone to call or answer people calls. she took water breaks every minute. Ignorant, rude and just unprofessional. I didn't pay for those nails or tipped her. I got them soaked off but got charged $15 & 45 for the pedicure bc I got gel. to turn out to be $60 total. rip off. The service experience was terrible just horrible. money is all they care except for customer service. They need better maintenance n material. then she recommended me to come back and get my lashes done (but by someone Else) but I already had lash extensions and thought wow THE AUDACITY. i was unhappy with her attitude already from the beginning. I recommend her to not ever do nails again. If a customer tells you "my skin is burning" don't be nonchalant and continue to do the clients nail. I paid in full total, left the shop. went to get my nails done In federal way and was WAY more satisfied and happy. don't ever get you're nails done here. worst business I would say....
