Initially I struggled to understand how these specific NUCCA adjustments on my neck would help the other parts of my spine, I tried to stay open minded. It turned out that my mid back and low back pain were just gone, after a few weeks of adjustment, after having mid back and low back pain for 25 years, I had a hard time accepting the pain was gone.

Dr Charlie Ross provides me with very specific adjustments on my neck, with little to no discomfort. Trying so many chiropractic adjustments for years and years before this, I had little hope to find lasting results. Dr Hughes took some x-rays of my back (to which ive never had a chiropractic provider want to assess in that way). I learned that I had some pretty intense conditions related to my neck and back (old injuries, genetics!). We came up on a treatment plan together for physical therapy and chiropractic care and i began to regain some mobility.
