Initially I struggled to understand how these specific NUCCA adjustments on my neck would help the other parts of my spine, I tried to stay open minded. It turned out that my mid back and low back pain were just gone, after a few weeks of adjustment, after having mid back and low back pain for 25 years, I had a hard time accepting the pain was gone.

Dr Charlie Ross provides me with very specific adjustments on my neck, with little to no discomfort. Trying so many chiropractic adjustments for years and years before this, I had little hope to find lasting results. It did take a few weeks to really feel the full results of the care and eventually I even had no neck pain at all.

Dr Hughes took some x-rays of my back (to which ive never had a chiropractic provider want to assess in that way). I learned that I had some pretty intense conditions related to my neck and back (old injuries, genetics!). We came up on a treatment plan together for physical therapy and chiropractic care and i began to regain some mobility. “Dr. Jex is a great guy and phenomenal Chiropractor. I started developing neck & upper back pain about 3 years ago, due to long hours spent in front of a computer for work. Slightly over a year ago, the pain was starting to affect the amount of time I could work (I would get migraines if I sat in front of the computer too long). At that point, I began to seek chiropractic help. I have had at least 10 different chiropractors work on me before I was referred to Dr. Jex. Also with a separate therapist, I did a cupping session a few months back that I was very satisfied with. Very happy overall with my experience in the studio. People at the front desk are warming and welcoming. Booking an appointment is very easy as well with transparency of how much each service costs up front.
