Great company. The quote for our windows was reasonable. We have a modular home, and this company was the only one that didn't suggest buying standard size windows to replace they windows we have, which are not standard. Using standard windows would have required a lot of framework to make the windows fit. KOTS measured our windows, and in two weeks, they arrived. Installation started within a few days. The quality of their work is very good.

Oleg is very diligent and quick to respond. He did a very good job replacing a broken window for us. Other suppliers had a minimum of three windows to accept a job, so I appreciate Oleg being flexible as we only needed one window repaired.
