I've been seeing Justin for about 16 years now, I drive from Monroe to continue to have him cut my hair, once you find a great one, you wanna stick with'em!! JP Jules Salon is in a nice area, with easy parking, near a Subway, Starbucks, and McDonalds, and pretty much right off 405. Go see Justin, you won't be sorry!!

I had a haircut with Kyra. She's really nice! The problem is that my bangs are about 3/4 inch too short when I only wanted a trim. I also needed them to go to below my eyebrows because I curl them to make them round and make the ends look neat. I can't curl them at all anymore because they look way too short that way. So I have to kind of plaster them straight down to get any forehead coverage. It's not great because that type of styling makes the ends look pointy and kind of raggedy. She also did a kind of vertical cutting to try to thin them out. That's kind of my fault though because I should have warned her that vertical cutting doesn't get along with my hair at all. Anyways, all I wanted was a small trim for my bangs because they went to the bottom of my eyes. I wish she had started with a smaller increment and asked how my bangs were normally styled, especially since hair can't be reattached and she cut off quite a bit first thing. Now I have to wait a few weeks to get them trimmed to not be pointy and then another few weeks to grow them to the right length. At the end of my haircut, she said she cut them shorter so I wouldn't have to get them trimmed as soon. I think I'd rather get them trimmed more frequently than look bad for at least six weeks though. To be honest, I cried after my appointment when I got home and tried to do my usual styling to hide the pointy ends and saw how short they were. I've been crying on and off since because I'm just so sad about how they look.Service: Haircut

Kyra is fabulous! She is so sweet and extremely talented. I went to her for about 5 - 6 years, maybe longer before I moved out of state. She always made my hair look amazing, and is such a kind person. The salon is very clean and everyone else I interacted was very friendly. Highly highly recommend!
