“Great from Start to FinishWe hired Signature Tile to do the tile work for two bathrooms in our home. Chad was great to work with from start to finish. We scheduled our project more than a month out because he is busy, and he started and finished on time. Clear communication throughout the project. This included making sure that we had the right tile and quantities, and that the bathrooms were ready for the work to begin. This made the job go so smoothly. There were no surprises. Chad kept the work areas clean as he progressed through the project. We wanted a change order mid-way through the project (add a shower niche that we had forgotten to include) and Chad was easy to work with, offered suggestions, and was clear on the additional price. The project areas were cleaner after Chad finished than when he started. The tile work looks great and we are very happy. “I don't usually take the time to write reviews but after consulting with Lisa Lucas for the interior update of my mother's 1954 city brick home that she helped us sell, in record time, I had to take the time to share my thoughts. Lisa recommended the paint colors for a full house update, had a keen sense of what needed to be done (and what didn't) both inside and outside the house to get it ready to sell, and was very responsive when we had questions or problems along the way. She staged the home in a mid-century appeal that looked harmonious with the age of the house and added just the right touches to generate maximum interest in the home.
