I dopped off 3 dress shirts for a simple wash and press. When I went to pick them up, I was shocked that the total cost was $24. TWENTY FOUR DOLLARS!!! I thought I must have made a mistake and asked for the shirts to be dry cleaned when I dropped them off but they confirmed it was just a wash and manual press. I'm not sure why standard cotton dress shirts need a "manual press" but apparently that's what drove the price up. Needless to say this was the first and last time I'm going to Highland Cleaners.

Watch these guys on pricing. I asked before dropping off - laundered shirt $2.49. When I dropped off 4 shirts I confirmed $2.49. When I picked up 4 shirts $13.20. I asked and was told "plus tax". I explained that didn't add up. After I insisted they said "$2.99 on first time to get in shape". It's little money but it's shady. I said I wouldn't come back if they couldn't honor pricing. They said "that's fine". BTW, the yellow tag on the hanger had a hand-written $11.97 - charge card $13.20??? IDK.

They took excellent care of my wedding dress and helped me old into my car and everything. Really nice and friendly staff. Called me when it was ready and can also be very speedy if needed. I've used them 4 times now and I will always come back here.
