With three family members seeing PTs at HIDEF Renton, I can confidently say they are excellent at what they do. Not only do they challenge you physically and get you to work hard toward recovery, but they also consistently show they are invested in your care. For the PTs themselves as well as their office coordinator, I definitely recommend HIDEF Renton.
I've been to many many physical therapists and none of them have understood my goals and given me actual strengthening exercises that will better prepare me for the lifestyle I want. If you're tired of the basic moves that only barely help with pain and then feeling ill prepared for actual life movement, come here. They are willing to work with you to get fit not just functioning. 100% suggest this for physical therapy if you want to get back to being active.
