Just wanted to say thank you to all the the teachers and people at Gracie! They are very knowledgeable and work well with kids of all ages and adults, they are very professional and authentic and they’re caring in pursuit to teach the martial art! Thank you all.
What a warm and welcoming environment!! The staff and instructors are amazing. Very helpful and excited to see other excited about Ju Jitsu. What a great workout as well. Sign up and come sweat. As a busy adult it really helps with stress.
Great group of BJJ enthusiast that are always wanting to learn. Decent sized AM class with all body types and are the best for a busy working parent. Coach Rob is a great coach that incorporates his wrestling/MMA background to BJJ. I am a "why" type of learner and he does an amazing job at explaining thought process behind the technique. The 1-hr class format is the best- short warm up or game, a few techniques (take down, subs) and enough time to live roll @ the end of class.
