I'm giving a 2 because there was one lady there who did the images of eyes and stuff and she was very helpful answering questions and knowledgeable about the equipment and stuff. However I would've given a 1 because everything else felt very sketchy. They told me over the phone when they were making sales calls that I would be able to make a payment plan. They did not specify that it was for the glasses and not the appointment. So $200 for the appointment the moment you walk in heads up. Then when I talked to them about a payment plan after they told me I had to pay for the appointment up front now that they had me in the building. We talked about $100 a month for the glasses. (I even wrote in my planner so I know I'm not crazy). I signed something. Then get a call before a month had even passed asking for $200 more. She said what I signed said $200. So they lied to my face and I trustingly signed the document. I was thankful my account had a faulty charge and I didn't have enough for them to take it the first time just so they had to call and I could hear her on the phone have to admit to the lie. Or I would more say omit the truth. But really glasses game must be rough rn cause that was an uncomfortable experience and way different from the first time I went a couple years ago.. Same people though!? Just know what you're walking into before making that first appointment! Oh I was also told my glasses would come in 3 days even though usually it takes 3 weeks and they still came in 3 weeks??? Like what is with all of the lies!

Both Piyush and Dr. Kaur have been very helpful during my appointments. Piyush did a good job helping me choosing good prescription eyeglasses and sunglasses that met my needs and fit well - quick turn around too! Dr. Kaur does a good job at being thorough during the check up and makes sure your questions are answered and anything concerns addressed. I recommend going here for your regular appointments!

Had a great time with Dr. Kaur! I'd never noticed the office right across from the transit center yet I'm really glad I found it. She was very professional and I can tell that not only is she passionate about her work, but incredibly knowledgeable as well. I genuinely feel like my eyes are in excellent care after visiting her office. Her office is spotless and the staff are also very friendly. 10/10 recommend
