Had my first Brazilian wax today when i walked into the establishment staff was very friendly & knowledgeable about the EWC products, promptly checked me in for my appointment i had selected RAVEN to be my waxer, she was very friendly & took her time to explain to me what was going on & what to exspect & gave me instructions on ATC and even suggested some products that I should use which i did buy during the session she talked to me the whole time completely took my mind off the waxing her station was very clean & sanitized on a scale of ( 1-10) my pain level was a 2 really not painful at all, RAVEN is very skilled & fast & pretty much got... read full review

Bethany was amazing! I got a full face wax and she was thorough, asked the right questions, gentle and by far the best waxer I've had! Excited for my next appointment with her! Sometimes it is worth giving someone new a try because you may find a gem like I did with Bethany!

It’s always the best experience with Chan-Chan. It’s so comforting walking in knowing that the whole process is going to go smoothly. We love to yap while I get my Brazilians done by her so it makes my anxiety go from a typical 5 in my day to day life to a 0. I introduced my boyfriend to this location to get his eyebrows waxed so we always go together every month. If you’re reading this review and aren’t sure which waxer to go to, book with Chan-Chan.
