We would strongly recommend Betty Katumbi. We learned about her through a friend for whom she has worked for several years. Our friend who has a number of health issues always raved about how fortunate she had been to find Betty and what a great help she has been to her throughout the years. We have also found of her great help during this pandemic and have appreciated her services very much. We wish her best of luck with her new business, Carepro Northwest. We know that the quality of the services her business provides will always remain of utmost importance to her and should help to assure the success of Carepro Northwest.
Betty Nzuve became my caregiver nearly four years ago when hip surgery and increasing osteoarthritis made many tasks too difficult for me to manage,Since that time, Betty has never missed her weekly visit.She helped do my dishes, house cleaning, laundry and shopping.She also prepared my meals for the entire week.Betty's genuine love for the individuals she engages with, her attention to details, her intelligence and her wonderful sense of humor make her a true friend, as well as a great caregiver.For the past year during Covid-19, Betty's face was the only one I saw.She was my 'life-saver' and 'life-giver' during this long solitude.Her upbeat presence- even masked and...read full review
Betty is one of the hardest workers I know. She goes above and beyond for her clients to ensure they are taken care of and happy. She is a great listener, and will address concerns head on. You will not regret having her help you, or your family, find the right caregiver.
