We went in for Urgent Care mid morning on a Saturday, after picking out time slot online. Dr. Hanson and the staff there were Fabulous. After deciding not to sit in a vet ER for 5-6 hours and possibly get treated at 2-3am, plus the wound had finally scabbed over and stopped bleeding, I made the decision last night to reduce stress (mine & my dog’s) and try to get care in the AM. Booster Pet needs to be more widely known as a place for Urgent Care. I am so glad I found them online, and extremely pleased with the care we received.
I have had to make final choices in such vulnerable moments for just about all of my pets. I really appreciated the non judgmental care and compassion that was given to me today. This has been the “easiest” HARDEST moment I have experienced. It meant everything to me. Thank you!
This was the best experience I've ever had at a veterinary office. My 12 year old bull terrier mix was lethargic and suddenly developed a swollen throat and jaw last night. I was able to get in to see them in the afternoon. They spent 2.5 hours with me and my dog helping to come up with a plan of treatment. They were so supportive of my financial situation and helped me to make the best decisions for my dog. They were so kind to both of us and patient with me.
