Quick and thorough. Dropped off my Lenovo laptop for keyboard and camera replacement on extended warranty. No hassles at all. Call ahead to drop off, so they're expecting you. Courteous and extremely helpful.

Mailed in my Lenovo laptop for repair and I was surprised by how easily this all went. They gave me constant updates on progress, costs, shipping, etc. Plainly, they over-communicated and that's a good thing in situations like this. I got the feeling when I called that they do mostly walk-up business, so I was expecting a more labored process, no pun intended. Instead, they dealt with things very professionally and the repair done quickly once parts arrived. Thanks, guys!
