I called an hour before they would have closed and asked if I could come in 30 minutes for a new set of acrylics, & old removal and they stayed open for me and we're very nice.

I really wish I could give this salon a higher rating...it is in such a convenient location that it would have been nice to make it my go-to. I appreciated the fact that they could fit me in as a walk-in on a weekday lunch time. I had an event coming up and needed last minute nails done. When I called, the lady told me a regular mani would be $25 and a gel mani would be $45. Yes a little higher prices but I expected that for the location. But when I sat down, the lady doing my nails told me that a regular mani would be $35 and that $25 is the price that is colorless?!!? Then I mentioned that I had called and the lady on the phone quoted $25. My nail artist then called over her co-worker who seemed to be in charge and the one on the phone said it was okay and that she would give me the "coupon price". So confusing and when I looked later at the sign posted on the desk, the regular mani price was listed as $25. The salon itself was very clean and one time use nail file and buffers were used and then given to me which was great. The ladies were nice and it was relaxing, I just wish that there was more transparency in the price because now I don't know what I'll get the next time I call/walk-in.

Got a gel manicure and pedicure and quality of work was decent. As other reviewers mentioned, they are slow. It took 2-1/2 hours with no one else in the shop. I was also charged an additional $25 to take off the old polish (which took less than 3 mins), making the mani/pedi $115! Should have read the reviews first...it looks like there is always some $25 upcharge for some made-up reason. Redmond Town Center needs a better nail salon!Services: Pedicure
