“I went to Innerfit for postpartum massage. I had called them on phone but didn't get any response for an appointment so I ended up doing it online for which I had to create an account with Vagaro. Personally I don't like making accounts at random websites and would have preferred to have it done over phone. When I got to Innerfit for my appointment there was no one at the reception and I thought they were closed. I rang their doorbell and was greeted by Theresa who was my massage therapist. Theresa was warm and welcoming. She had 17 years of experience in this business and she did a great job. She told me they had to cut down because of COVID and were slowly getting back their business, which explained the empty reception area. I felt very comfortable and relaxed after my massage. So apart from the slight issue with making appointment everything else was great. Theresa made up for it by giving me a great massage. The massage room was small but clean. There was light music for ambience. I had a good experience overall.“
