“I was driving up from Salem to get my nipples pierced and my original piercing place cancelled on me very last minute. All the other places that I called were very rude and did not make me feel comfortable to come in except for this place. I was already nervous for my piercing so it was very nice to have have the staff and piercer be so kinda and make me feel so comfortable. The receptionist was also very reassuring on the experience of the staff and never got irritated with the amount of confirmation questions I asked. I could have not asked for a better experience, especially being such a last minute decision.It has been a little over a week since I got the piercing and it’s healing beautifully! “I came in for a walk in piercing and the shop was clearly busy but they still squeezed me in. The staff were so kind and accommodating. I did not wait long at all. Afterwards I felt a little light headed and needed to lay down. The receptionist gave me a water bottle and put a roll of paper towels under my ankles so my legs would be elevated as the blood returned to my head and then continued to check on me. Exceptional customer service :)“
“Kyle, Sarah and Kaylen at the Bellevue location are awesome! First time getting a nostril piercing and they all made me feel welcome and at ease. Kyle provided a lot of helpful information. Sarah showed me various jewelry pieces I saw online, as well as some suggestions, and helped me pick out the perfect piece. “Julie was working alone on a Tuesday night and was killing it! She was working quickly, but doing a great job. We didn’t have an appointment, but were playing at the play place. She gave us a pretty accurate 30min wait time (may have even been less). She was efficient and wonderful with my boys. The one she was giving the haircut to had only ever had one other haircut, but she handled him like a pro. She may have been stressed out at the sheet number of walk-ins, but she handled it with grace and joy. The haircut was the most expensive kids cut I’ve experienced, but it was worth it for the convenience and the job well done.“
“First haircuts are tough, but they were so great and patient with my son while he was having a hard time. They worked around his wiggles and helped make it a successful experience. I will definitely be back.“
