THE BEST!!! I had another HVAC company come out to diagnose an issue because the air stopped coming out of the vents. The other company took about 3 hours looking at the system and said I needed to replace our entire heating and cooling system and it would cost $28,000. I was in shock!! I decided to get other opinions and I could tell as soon as Matthew from Overlake arrived he knew exactly what he was doing. He ended up saving me about $26,000 by just replacing a part and it now works perfectly!! I will never trust any other company with my HVAC needs! Overlake Heating & Air Conditioning is the absolute BEST!!!
Unfortunately, we’ve had many poor customer experiences with inflated pricing, slick sales pitches, or unmet expectations. However, Overlake Heating and Plumbing is a true gem. They don’t ask for Google/Yelp reviews but focus on professional and quality service. Patty and Rob are incredibly responsive and communicate clearly. The quotes are competitive and transparent. Darryl has serviced our HVAC multiple times. He is extremely thorough and knowledgeable. Jorgen and Geronimo installed a mini-splitter. Their attention to detail and thoughtful execution made us realize the shortcomings of the prior installation of a similar unit by a different company.... read full review
The technicians Sam, Steve, and Roy were friendly and professional. The work performed was excellent and all my questions were answered as well as being informative. They were accommodating and worked hard to solve a condensation trap issue caused by the original company who installed my furnace.We had a heat pump installed by Overlake and are very pleased with the result. Friendly, competent, on time and very well done. Excellent pricing, responsive to my questions. I will continue to use Overlake for all our HVAC needs.Service: HVAC system maintenance
