This was my first stretch session ever. My therapist Phil was knowledgeable and careful talking me through and gently opening up joints with each exercise. I went home feeling motivated with some homework. Delighted I woke up slightly sore which as an athlete is a welcome sign that good work was done. I will book another session in the coming week.
Highly recommend Mark. His deep muscle and sports massage is amazing. And if you prefer a deeper massage , you can ask him for that. He can crush a soup can with his bare hands !!
The staff was exceptional - Jade and Briar were friendly and knowledge, with excellent client interaction skills.
My masseuse's (Wei Wei) technique was firm and strong, as requested. She was able to get my neck and shoulder muscles to soften and relax - quite the feat considering how tight and bunched up they were and the pain I was in.
Later that day and the next day I was sore, but a "good" sore. Right now I feel so much better than previously.
We've just begun! I will definitely be coming back.
