I'm a frequent customer at the Bridle Trail location since several years. Many different stylists. Today, Natalie was absolutely fantastic. Others have been great too. Once in a while you might get a less than perfect haircut but overall, this is a good place to go. Have always been treated respectfully, listened to, and made to feel comfortable.

Appalling experience! I want to give negative 5 stars for the staff that yelled at me today during consultation around 12:15pm, Monday Jan 15th. She is blonde, short and has a rude attitude right from start! (I should’ve asked her name, but if manager cares I left the time and description in this review) This was my fav place for hair cut. But this lady repeatedly yelled at me that a picture she asked me to show her is not a ‘pixie’ and my front hair is too short for a pixie. She also kept yelling how much she should cut at the back, but I’ve already told her in the beginning just shave it up. Totally non-senses form her. Okay, I am totally wrong. Canceled out on my regular appointment and went here expecting to be butchered and ended up getting one of the best haircuts I have had in the last 15 years. Love them. Love their service. Make a reservation
