Is hit or miss with staff. Some are *amazing* while others should be avoided.
Likes: HOLLY for facials. She takes her time, describes what comes next, & provides a great serene spa experience.
KIM: for haircut. She listens, describes, explains, and works with you. She provides a reassuring experience. Haircut was *best* thus far at any GJ salon. I get a long layered v-cut with a little feathering for that soft floaty integrated layer look.
I’ve been going to Gene Juarez for 20+ years, and to the Redmond location for over 6 years. My stylist, Addison, is phenomenal. Listens to what I want and makes my hair look terrific. I have very thick hair with a lot of waves, and he tames it so well. This time I also got my brows arched, which looks soooo much better. The staff are pleasant and efficient, and the location is great (in Redmond Town Center). Try them! You’ll get lots of compliments on your hair, and you’ll feel like a million bucks!
Stylist: My stylist is Addison and I am his client since 2011! I would trust my hair to him with confidence and I trust him regarding whatever style he would recommend. He is very very talented and always gives recommendations and tips how to cut and style your hair considering your lifestyle and demands. My hair looks great when I get a haircut and long after that and everyone compliments me.
