EvergreenHealth Urgent Care - Redmond

I came to the facility as a walkin pt to the urgent care and the front desk staff was very kind and courteous-I went at 11am last Thursday and I did have to wait awhile but the staff was very apologetic and kind. The Dr I saw was very thorough and willing to validate all of my concerns taking as much time as was needed. This was very important to me and very much appreciated. I had been there for lacerations in the past but not cold/flu like symptoms and I feel I got awesome care and won't hesitate to come back or refer others there as well.

Their hours say until 8pm but they close earlier. I went with what I thought was a broken hand and they turned me away and it wasn’t 8pm yet.She didn’t even ask a doctor to see me.

This review is for the waiting time. The waiting time they tell at the front desk is the waiting time before you get to an exam room. The actual waiting starts from there and unfortunately there is no way to guess the waiting time - it’s all at the mercy of their nurses and providers. This waiting time can vary between 15 minutes to couple of hours. I hope they do something about it to reduce the waiting time.
