Their hours say until 8pm but they close earlier. I went with what I thought was a broken hand and they turned me away and it wasn’t 8pm yet.She didn’t even ask a doctor to see me.

This review is for the waiting time. The waiting time they tell at the front desk is the waiting time before you get to an exam room. The actual waiting starts from there and unfortunately there is no way to guess the waiting time - it’s all at the mercy of their nurses and providers. This waiting time can vary between 15 minutes to couple of hours. I hope they do something about it to reduce the waiting time.

(Updated to 3 stars)The doctor was really professional. He addressed all my concerns and explained why he gave certain medication. So overall the medical team was good but not so much for their service.(Original review)Waited 40 minutes in the room for a doctor to come in, and went out to ask the receptionist how long more the wait time was gonna be. Her reply was “Why did you leave the room? They’re looking for you”. And put me back to the room immediately without giving any update. As a matter of fact, there was no doctor looking for me, and I’m now sitting here with no update on the time whatsoever.
