Nathan truly excelled in his car interior detail service on my Tesla Model 3, leaving the vehicle spotless. However, logistical hurdles tarnished the experience. Initially opting for a mobile detail, I encountered unexpected challenges when Nathan requested water and electric hookup the previous night, which wasn't feasible in my apartment. This prompted a last-minute pivot, resulting in two separate one-hour round trips to transport the car to the studio and back home. Despite Nathan's impressive cleaning prowess, the lack of clarity and inconvenience detracted from a potential five-star rating, particularly given the premium price charged.
The best detailing service in Redmond. I love how I can just get the services I need instead of being forced to do a full detail. Ie. I can get a hand wash and an interior vacuum without any extras.
