Javier is a pleasure to work with. He is enthusiastic, has a positive attitude, and is very customer oriented. During our three-day condo cleaning project, he very graciously altered his schedule to avoid a conflict with our trash pickup. The results of his work are always outstanding. The first two photos show before and after his work in one of our buildings. Chavez Cleaning Service has become one of the preferred vendors at our 9-building condo complex.

We have been using Chavez service since our previous house. Javier has done great jobs on all of our houses carpet cleaning all the time and the price is way more reasonable than the ones that claim they use pure water, etc. I strongly recommend their service.
