I came to this facility to get some help with my mobility issues. I arrived not knowing what to expect and scared. From the first night they made me feel welcomed and made me feel that my mobility issues were valid. The most important thing is that they listened to my concerns and made me feel that I had some control over my recovery. I could give many examples of their care but the list would be long. Bottom line is I am so glad I chose this facility to help with my journey to getting well and if you choose this facility to help with your journey you will also have no regrets. Susan Arlint
The staff is top notch friendly professional and helpful shows that they really care about the residents they take the time and go the extra mile to ensure everyone is cared for properly excellent food service professionals and one of the best places for rehabilitation needs for a small community lucky to have this service
We were very pleased with the care our family member received at WHCC. She entered the facility during the height of the COVID lockdown and the first few weeks were very difficult for all of us. The staff went above and beyond to help with the transition, but visiting on the phone or through a window isn't ideal for a person's mental health. We quickly realized that there were certain staff members that she was bonding with, talking about them as if they were family. She received regular therapy from trained professionals and any medical needs were handled quickly and thoroughly.
