Owner came out to give me a retrofit estimate and being that I am in the HVAC industry myself I’m very picky. I received a 30 day quote two days after visit with three different efficiency options, everything was all itemized for each efficiency rating option listing rebates or no rebates. Listed model numbers for everything. Very open and honest business with nothing to hide. When I asked about financing he stated they do not do financing because he feels financing takes advantage of the customer costing them sometimes double the cost of the system in the long run. He definitely showed he puts customers first.
Didn't take long to asess the problem. It had something to do with ? which caused it to not have as much power to force the heat out.Runs quieter too.Great job.Service: Heating system repair
