The tech hasn't even left and I'm here leaving a review of 5 stars. Quick, efficient, knowledgeable and here before the scheduled time slot. Got everything serviced, heat pump and furnace and went through the thermostat settings. The price was literally what they estimated with the basic taxes. Going to send anyone I hear that has service needs to Valley Furnace!!!

were able to schedule me within a day . . . the technician did a GREAT job . . . very friendly & knowledgeable & quick . . . had the part . . . if I have a need in the future these are the folks I am going to call

Service techs were incredibly friendly and competent. Completed the service on our oil heat system in a very timely manner. Were very knowledgeable and helpful in providing me with very useful and money saving information on the care and maintenance of the system. Incredibly happy to have such knowledgeable oil furnace technicians and will definitely continue using Valley Furnace for future maintenance cycles of our system.
