Not the worst bank in Puyallup, but it's up there. Granted in 2022 it's quite ridiculous they way they operate in terms of how good their technology works. Like come on every single time I make a 1,000 purchase in my own city from I place I use often, you lock my card for fraud. Currently 47minutes on hold and haven't spoke to a human at 9:30 am. Wild inefficiencies and inconveniences is why US bank goes under within two decades. Damn boomers need to bring their work ethic into this millennium. If you'd like me to elaborate. Over 10% of their bottom line come people who have $0 dollars to their name, overdraft fees. They lock your multiple times a month. At most they have 20% of your money on hand in a fraction reserve banking Ponzi scheme backed by the federal reserve who actually reduced those requirements to hold you cash to $0 during the pandemic. If we're choosing funny money Ponzi schemes backed by faith in the US government. I'm out. Buy ETH.
It's hard to believe that in this worldly Coronavirus pandemic, US BANK DOES NOT OFFER ANY HELP. Only waving a late fee on loan or credit card/line. THATS IT? I expected much more from a CREDITED BANK that's been around for decades. During this crisis we all can have a magnifying glass to see which companies truly care about not only their customers for business, but for people, for human life! People are hurting everywhere, sick and some even have lost their lives. Everyone's jobs are gone just like that. DO BETTER US BANK!!!
Very disappointed in the customer service and technology of Atm system that breaks down Unable to change pin # and when tried multiple times kick back to fraud alert and now card is frozen and Customer service puts u on hold extensive amount of unacceptable time just to put u on hold.. and again transfer to fraud dept. no one is educated enough to help u communicate the problem to bankers to assist u and confirm that your card is alive and pin is working. Instead throws temporary cards at you and orders new cards jus for you to repeat the process and actually tries to charge u for cards. Go to CHASE Or BECU Invest in better technology and customer service Your money is worth it !
