Tom converted a window into a door for me, even hunting down a specialty door. He also made solid, custom steps for me. Tom is very thorough and great at what he does. His communication is excellent, always let me know when he would be arriving and giving project updates. Tom’s first project for us was a shed, and that too was well built. His pricing is extremely fair and I would recommend his services in a heartbeat. Teaham Construction is my go-to for projects big and small!

Tom did a wonderful job building a deck for me that's both beautiful AND functional. He listened to what I needed for the deck and got these goals accomplished. Throughout the process, I found Tom to be very responsive, great communication, and straight forward. I appreciated his attention to detail, while still finishing in a timely manner. We had a list of house projects that other contractors had declined as being 'too small.' Tom was willing to take on our projects - drywall repair, interior door installation, picture rail installation, attic access reinforcement - AND he was courteous, efficient, and reliable. He has helped us make our new house our home.
