Very professional. On time, low pressure sales, took the time to explain the quote, installation process and the business in general. They price match and beat other quotes. Answered all my questions and was flexible working with me to come up with the best solution for my home and situation. Highly recommend.

My AC went out unexpectedly during our recent heatwave and after calling around, I found Serenity Air Heating and Air Conditioning which already had a postivie review. Scheduling an appointment was pretty easy and quick considering how busy other AC service companies and could only offer two weeks for earliest availability.
Bill, the service techician arrived promptly at the scheduled time. He was very friendly and was able to find the root cause and explain the what needed to be fixed. He also offered information of Serenity AH & AC membership club, which I will be looking into in the near future.
