Mark was very prompt and professional about the situation. Saw the problem and came up with a quick solution before we knew it the leak was fixed with no major water cut off to the building and no complaints from the guests because of it. We are very pleased with his performance. Thank you.

Job was an unexpected surprise of bad building and inspecting practices: condensate drain pipe not insulated and froze last winter. We spent few freezing days without heat. PVC pipe bursted. Mark did a fantastic job in finding the problem and repairing it. Now still needs drywall repair. Overall a $2,000 expense I had to pay due to the neglect of the builder. Will find out who they were.
