I was very hesitant to come here after reading the reviews but was pleasantly surprised! Came in to be seen by a dermatologist for an acne consultation at 11. I was immediately able to walk up to the check-in counter. Sharon helped me and was very kind. I was seen within 2 minutes of sitting down so right at my appointment time. I was seen by Jennifer Pinson who was very nice as well. They were knowledgeable and answered my questions. Even told me the price of the prescription. Check out was easy and a younger blonde female helped me schedule my next appointment. I was in and out within 20 minutes. Overall, great experience!

I have been seeing Dr. Park at Cascade Eye and Skin for about 10 years. He has a fantastic bed side manner and is very efficient. He explains everything to me very well. I made the decision to have cataract surgery with a high end lense replacement and I am two weeks post-op for the right eye and 2 days post-op for the left eye. I am amazed at how well I can see immediately after the surgery. The pain was minimal and everyone was incredibly friendly. I am very pleased with everyone at the Puyallup office and Sunrise office. I have recommended two of my family and friends to him.

After a super bad experience at another local eye dr (rhymes with poreless) I came here and the experience was so much better! Even though they are a big office I was treated like a person, and everyone was kind and efficient! This will definitely be my whole family's new eye doc!
