I wish I had tried this sooner, especially during the winter.I always imagined these places as a big overheated room full of sweaty smelly people, but you get your own private CLEAN sauna and follow along with an exercise video. Everything is so clean. I love how there’s a shower available as well as a weights area for strength training. They offer great incentives to help keep you motivated and everyone was so nice and helpful during my first visit.I’m SO excited to do this regularly!“
